Amphibian Advocates

At the Amphibian Ark, we know that dedicated amphibian conservationists and others who care for captive amphibians are making a big difference, and helping to protect our most threatened amphibian species and their environments. These captive efforts allow us to buy time, so that the threats faced by the species in the wild can be properly evaluated and overcome, and eventually, captive-bred animals can be returned to a safe environment. We’re excited to share some of their stories with you – we hope you enjoy reading about them. We’ll be adding more Advocate profiles over the coming months.
