Communications Officer
With a formal background in biology and limnology, María has been working in the field of marketing & communications for 5+ years. However, her passion for nature conservation has remained her guiding purpose. At AArk, María combines her love for frogs, words, and design to develop communication strategies, newsletters, and other materials to promote the understanding and urgent action needs for amphibian conservation. She is also behind the Conservation Planning Specialist Group (CPSG) communications. Originally from Guatemala, María is currently based in Germany.
